Before Hardwood Installation
Before your scheduled hardwood installation, we will provide detailed instructions and answer any questions you may have. Prior to the installation day, complete any necessary projects and ensure subfloor repairs are done. Please remove furniture and personal belongings from the installation area, including emptying closets, before our crews arrive.
During Hardwood Installation
We will work diligently to ensure your hardwood looks perfect from the first day. To facilitate a smooth installation, you or another adult should be at home to provide access to the installation area and address any last-minute inquiries. For the safety of your children and pets, make arrangements to keep them out of the rooms where the new floors will be installed.
After Hardwood Installation
After the installation, you may need to open windows or use fans to eliminate any residual odors associated with the installation. Refrain from walking on the newly installed hardwood for a designated period to allow the floors to settle properly. Contact us immediately if you see any issues such as squeaking or gaping.
