Before Tile Installation
Prior to your scheduled tile installation, we will give you detailed instructions and address any questions you may have. It is important to complete any necessary projects and ensure that subfloor repairs are completed before the installation day. To facilitate a smooth process, please remove furniture and personal belongings from the designated installation area, including emptying closets, prior to our arrival.
During Tile Installation
We are committed to installing your new tile flooring flawlessly. To ensure a seamless process, you or another adult should be at home on the scheduled installation day to provide access to the installation area and address any last-minute questions or concerns. Additionally, please make suitable arrangements to keep children and pets out of the rooms where the new floors will be installed for their safety and to facilitate our work.
After Tile Installation
After your tile has been installed, you may need to open windows or run a fan to help dissipate any residual odors that may be associated with the installation process. To allow the tile floors to settle properly, we recommend refraining from walking on them or replacing furniture for a designated period of time. If you notice any issues such as cracks, please contact us immediately.
